Each room includes the following:

• 2 power points and a smoke detector
• 2 down lights and an outside light
• High quality timber look vinyl flooring
• Sliding Door 1650mm x 2100mm
• Window 900mm x 1200mm
• Block out blinds on the window and door
• Awning & Entry step
• Adjustable feet to level and support the room

Standard delivery is free to within 3 hours of our factory at Somersby on the NSW Central Coast.

All rooms are built here in Australia to Australian building standards and are strong, safe and comfortable.  Made from high quality EPS 75mm Panel our rooms are fire resistant and well insulated.
